We deliver Australia-wide. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. The rates below apply to a single order, however many products it contains.

Orders over $80 ship free to metro and non-metro areas. Remote and offshore areas, and certain oversized or cold-chain items, are excluded and may attract a freight surcharge shown at checkout.
Some practitioner products must be kept cool. These ship with appropriate packaging and may be limited to certain days to avoid weekend transit. If an item is temperature-sensitive it will be noted at checkout.
Practitioner-only products may require an active prescription or approval from your Rainbow Medicine / Health Therapies Clinics practitioner before they can be dispatched.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right. For change-of-mind returns, unopened items in original condition may be returned per Australian Consumer Law.
