Rainbow Medicine will run an End-of-Year Wellness Series across November and December, featuring four community workshops on themes that traditionally surface during the silly season: managing seasonal stress, sleep through party schedules, family-relationship dynamics, and resetting after the new year.
Each workshop is 90 minutes long, includes a guided practical element, and is open to community members regardless of whether they are existing patients. Sessions are evidence-informed, low-pressure and explicitly designed to be useful at home — not a sales funnel for the clinic.
"December and January are heavy months for everyone," said Dr Christine Shen. "There's a lot of well-meaning advice circulating online, much of it from people without clinical training. We wanted to offer something grounded and practical — and to do it in person so that questions can be answered properly."
Practical takeaways include a one-page summary handout, a curated reading list, and follow-up resources by email for participants who opt in. Selected sessions will be co-presented with guest practitioners — including therapists, nutritionists and sleep specialists — to bring multiple lenses to each topic.
Bookings are now open at /en/talks. Each workshop has a small materials contribution (under $20) covering handouts and tea/coffee. Hardship places are available — contact reception confidentially if needed. The full series schedule is published on the events page.
