Pregnancy Care Advanced (Adults): Take 1 tablet twice daily with food for at least one month before conception, during pregnancy and lactation, or as directed by your healthcare professional. UltraFlora Mother & Baby Probiotic: Pregnant and breastfeeding women: Take 1 capsule daily to support baby’s development. Take 1 capsule twice daily for maternal health. Infants (from birth): Empty contents of 1 capsule and mix with breast milk, formula or water once daily to support baby’s gut flora and immune health. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. When trying to conceive and during the first trimester of pregnancy, folic acid helps to prevent neural tube defects (NTD) such as spina bifida and/or anencephaly. Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice. If you have had a baby with a neural tube defect/spina bifida, seek medical advice.
